What you’ll achieve
The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation solutions within Dell’s enterprise ERP system. We work at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners. As a Software engineer, you will be responsible for gathering of business requirements, Analysis, Design, Build, Test and Deploy integration solutions for Workday using agile methodologies defined within the Product model framework. You will work with various Product Teams within Dell Digital to manage the expectations against our HR business partners , end-users and rest of the stakeholders involved to achieve service excellence and meet organizational objectives.

You will:

• Work with complicated business applications across functional areas

• You will be part of the team that primarily works on Workday Integration Development. You are expected to analyse and recommend/build integrations using Workday integration tools - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Report Writer etc

• Embrace new technologies and work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality and adhere to industry standards, principles, and practices

Essential Requirements

• Model and manage the expectations against our business end-users and rest of the stakeholders involved to achieve service excellence, meet and exceed organizational objectives

• Demonstrated integration experience in Human resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)

• Experience in Workday integration development - HCM, Report writer, EIB, Workday studio, DIS ,PICOF/PECI tools

• Web services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET or other integration technologies.

• Experience in working on integrating SaaS\ Cloud-based ERP systems with other 3rd party service vendors\ downstream(s)

Desirable Requirements

• Good to have exposure to automation tools and languages including Python, Selenium

• Good to have exposure to Pivotal and PCF platforms
